We believe that menstruation should not be the barrier preventing girls from achieving their dreams. We are, therefore, dedicated to working with like-minded individuals and organizations all over the world to eradicate period poverty, destigmatize menstruation, and empower girls to pursue their aspirations.

HERZ Movement is a global organization that partners with local organizations in various countries to empower girls and young women by providing them with education for maintaining health and menstrual hygiene, leadership training and mentoring, support for gender-based violence, and access to menstrual hygiene products.
